Cisternino, located on one of the highest hills of the Apulian Murge (394 metres above sea level) is listed in a guide comprising the most pleasant towns and villages of Italy. It is stunningly white and overlooks the enchanting Valle d'Itria, which is bordered by Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Ceglie Messapica. To the East, Cisternino dominates woody hills covered with pine trees, which descend to a plateau of olive groves and almond trees. The hills offer an extensive view of the Adriatic coast, 10 km from the hotel. In the summer, the town reaches an exciting peak of entertainment when musical events, theatre and cultural events are in full swing.
